To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all our clients, please review the following terms and conditions:

1. Contraindications to Treatment

For the safety and well-being of our clients, we are unable to perform treatments under the following conditions:

Under 18s: Treatments for individuals under 18 years of age are permitted only if accompanied by an adult for a teen facial.

Cold Sores: Treatments will not be performed if you have cold sores.
Wounds/Sunburn: Please refrain from booking if you have open wounds or sunburn.

Autoimmune Diseases: If you have any autoimmune diseases, please contact us prior to booking to discuss suitability.

Recent Surgery: Treatments are not available if you have undergone recent surgery.

Pregnancy: Treatments are restricted during pregnancy unless specifically booking a pregnancy-safe facial.

Recent Use of Acids/Retinoids: If you have recently used acids or retinoids, please inform us prior to your appointment.

Failure to disclose any of the above contraindications may result in the denial of treatment and loss of deposit.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cloud9Cosmetics has a strict 72-hour cancellation policy. Please adhere to the following terms regarding cancellations or changes to your appointment:

Within 48 Hours of Appointment: Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment time will result in forfeiture of your 50% deposit.

Additionally, you will be required to pay the remaining balance in full as a last-minute cancellation fee.

48-72 Hours of Appointment: Cancellations or changes made between 48 and 72 hours of your appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your 50% deposit.

More than 72 Hours Notice: You may reschedule your appointment with more than 72 hours’ notice without penalty. All deposits are non-refundable.

No Shows: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, you will be required to pay the full balance of the treatment.

3. General Terms

All deposits are non-refundable.
Cloud9Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse service if any contraindications are present.
