Hi, I am Marek, founder of Jungle Healing.
My journey with healing work has been a real life path, not just a job. Before this became my calling, I lived a very practical life too – working hard, using my hands, carrying responsibility, and learning what stress does to the body and nervous system. Over time I realised something simple: the body remembers everything, and real healing begins when we slow down and listen.
For more than 20 years I have been studying and practising bodywork, with a deep connection to Thailand and the traditions of Thai Yoga Massage. Chiang Mai has been an important part of my training and my heart. I also spent years teaching abroad, and now I am bringing this work back here again through Jungle Healing.
My sessions are not a routine massage and not a quick fix. Each treatment is personalised. I listen to your body, your breath, and what is happening in the moment. Sometimes the body needs deep release, sometimes it needs gentle grounding, sometimes it needs space, movement, or calm. The aim is always the same: to help you come back into balance – physically and emotionally – so you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at home in yourself.
If you feel stressed, tight, overworked, anxious, stiff, in pain, or simply disconnected from your body, this work can help. My style blends strong therapeutic skill with mindful presence – the kind of touch that helps the nervous system settle, not just the muscles.
Below are the main treatments I offer:
MAIN TREATMENTS I OFFER
1. Therapeutics – Thai & Oil Fusion (on the couch)
A deep, flowing therapeutic treatment performed on a massage couch. It blends:
* oil-based bodywork
* Thai-inspired techniques
* therapeutic stretches (only when useful)
* Sen (energy line) therapy
* deep tissue influence (when needed)
* mindful pressure, rhythmic movement, and intuitive touch
What “Thai Yoga Massage principles” mean in my work
When I say Thai Yoga Massage principles, I mean:
* presence and mindfulness
* breath awareness
* working from the centre (hara)
* compassion
* a meditative mind
* listening through the hands
* energetic sensitivity
Recommended session length: 90 or 120 minutes.
2. Traditional Thai Yoga Massage (on the floor, fully clothed)
A therapeutic and meditative treatment performed on a mat. This includes:
* rhythmic pressure along the Sen lines

* grounding techniques
* mindful, connected touch
Fully clothed, no oil, and deeply restorative.
Recommended session length: 90 or 120 minutes.
Additional modalities (only when helpful)
Depending on your needs, I may add techniques from:
* Reflexology
* Aromatherapy
* Chi Nei Tsang
* Remedial / deep tissue massage
* Indian head massage
* Hot stone therapy
These are not separate treatments – they support the two main treatments when appropriate.
