Hi, I’m Maria, and I specialise in helping people recover from anxiety, trauma, stress and chronic pain.

I know firsthand what it’s like to feel trapped by anxiety, stress, trauma, and chronic pain. Since my 20’s I had chronic pain (RSI and then later, knee pain) and I also had intermittent anxiety. For years, I searched for answers—physio, osteopathy, counselling, hypnotherapy, exercise—yet nothing brought lasting relief. But once I understood the deep connection between the mind and body, everything changed. I learnt how to process old traumas stored in my body, move from fear to resilience and regulate my nervous system. Now, I live pain-free and have the tools to manage life’s ups and downs.

Your mind-body system creates alarm signals such as anxiety, depression, sleep problems, chronic pain and addictive behaviours to tell you that it’s time for change. Often, we numb out or avoid dealing with the real issue, or we can’t find the right long-term resolution.

My goal is to empower you with practical tools for lasting relief—so you can step into a life of health, confidence, and ease.

I have over 14 years experience and am trained in hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT, somatic therapy and mindfulness meditation. I am also a SIRPA (Stress Illness Practitioners Association) Practitioner, trained in helping others recover from stress-induced chronic symptoms such as chronic pain.
