Fair Usage Guidelines

Home Pro Subscription Facebook Advertising Fair Usage Policy

By subscribing to a Horley Life Pro membership plan, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

  1. Advertising Limits – Businesses are permitted to post up to four (4) promotional posts per calendar month (one per week).
  2. Additional Posts – If you require more than four posts in a given month, you may purchase a one-off additional post or seek prior approval from the admin team.
  3. Policy Enforcement – Any business that exceeds its allocated post limit without purchasing additional slots may have their posts removed. Repeated violations may result in temporary or permanent removal from the group.
  4. Membership ID Requirement – All promotional posts *must* include your subscription ID at the end of the post content as a hashtag (e.g., #YourID). This helps us track usage and verify active memberships. Posts without a valid ID may be removed.
  5. No Circumventing Post Limits – Creating multiple accounts, excessive commenting, or any attempt to bypass post restrictions will be considered a violation of this policy.
  6. Membership Compliance – By subscribing to a membership plan, you acknowledge that you are bound by these terms and conditions and agree to comply with the fair usage guidelines.
  7. No Refunds Policy – Membership fees are non-refundable. Once a subscription has been purchased, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the plan, cancellations, or policy violations.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in restricted access, suspension, or termination of membership without refund. If you have any questions or require additional promotional opportunities, please contact the admin team.

Policy Updates – We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time to maintain a fair advertising environment. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
