If you have an active membership, you are eligible to post in our private Facebook group. Please follow these guidelines to ensure your post is approved and meets our community standards.

1. Check Your Membership Status

Only active subscribers can post ads in the group. Ensure your subscription is up to date to avoid post removal.

2. Include Your Subscriber Number

Every ad must include your Pro subscriber number as a hashtag at the START of the post. This helps us verify your membership and keeps ads consistent and trackable for all Pro members. Your can find your subscriber number on the member dashboard.

3. Follow Our Fair Usage Guidelines

✅ Limit your posts – Members can advertise the same business [4] times per calendar month to prevent spam.
✅ Relevant content only – Posts must be business-related and relevant to the Horley community.
✅ No duplicate posts – Avoid repeatedly posting the same ad in a short time.

4. Wait For Admin Approval

Unless you have opted for the Priority Post Approval you will need to wait for your business post to be approved by an admin

What Happens if You Don’t Follow the Rules?

🚨 Posts that don’t include a subscriber number or violate guidelines may be removed without warning.
🚨 Repeated violations could lead to temporary or permanent removal from the group with no refunds.
